Inventory and plan for institutional capacity building in terms of equipment and instruments (D5.4) provides an alliance-wide overview of technical and musical instrument needs, paired with a prioritised procurement plan and transparent criteria to reduce resource gaps between partners.
Its purpose is to enable equitable participation and technical interoperability in IN.TUNE activities.
