Coming up: IN.TUNE Governance Week 2025 in Paris

The first IN.TUNE Governance Week will take place from June 16–19, 2025 at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris. This important week will bring together core alliance management bodies to deepen collaboration, align on strategic priorities, and shape the future of IN.TUNE. Over the course of four days, alliance-wide groups—including the Governing Board, Executive Committee, Strategy Working Group, Student Council, and Alliance Management Team—will gather in Paris, bringing together leadership, faculty, staff, and students from all partner universities.

Structured around plenary sessions, working group meetings, and cross-stakeholder dialogues, the agenda will explore critical themes such as alliance impact, institutional engagement, intercultural communication, and the long-term embedding of IN.TUNE goals in daily academic life. The Student Council will also have a strong voice in shaping discussions, contributing directly to the dialogue with leadership.

The program opens with meetings of the Student Council and the Strategy Working Group —both separately and in joint session—setting the stage for an intensive and interactive week.

The Governing Board will lead the week’s central discussions, including state-of-play briefings, institutional highlights, and endorsement of key governance and reporting documents.

The week will include a joint artistic performance and networking reception, celebrating collaboration and cultural exchange in the heart of Paris, and finish with the IN.TUNE Executive Committee meeting and a closing plenary session dedicated to sharing the week's key takeaways.
